Inner Oil Line, Removing and Installing, A/T 01V

Inner oil, line, removing and installing 

The following special tools and test equipment are required for this work

3381 Insertion tool

Notes: 
^

Faulty O-rings at the inner oil line allow ATF to get into the differential, the differential is then overfilled and oil flows out at the breather.

Replace a removed oil line as a general rule.

It is essential to use the insertion tool 3381 for installing the oil line, otherwise there is a risk of leaks as a result of a bent oil line.

Removing

Remove valve body.

-

Use a screwdriver to pry inner oil line off transmission housing.

Installing 

Installation is the reverse order of removal, noting the following:

Replace O-rings.

Insert oil line into 3381 insertion tool.
