Trunk / Liftgate Latch: Service and Repair

Rear Lid Lock Trim, Removing And Installing

Removing

-

Remove lower rear lid trim.

  -

Release trim retaining hooks - arrow 1 -.

-

Pull trim up from rear lid lock - arrow 2 -.

Installing

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

-

Slide trim onto rear lid lock until it engages.

-

Install lower rear lid trim.
