Removing

On vehicles with foldable rear seat backrests, pull luggage compartment floor covering clip nut up and out of retaining clip.

Remove luggage compartment floor covering from luggage compartment.
Installing
Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

On vehicles with foldable rear seat backrests, ensure clip nut engages with a click in retaining clip.
