Remove front ashtray insert.

Remove bolts - 1 - and - 2 -.
-
Release ashtray - 3 - with a screwdriver - arrow - by positioning screw driver on opening - 4 -.

Remove front ashtray housing.

If applicable, disconnect electrical connection.

Unclip shift or selector lever boot - 1 - on both sides and pull up to remove - arrows -.
Vehicles with automatic transmission:
-
Release retaining spring - 2 - and remove selector chart - 1 - - arrow -.

Disconnect electrical connector.
