Carefully release clips - 1 to 3 - and - 6 - on Multimedia Control Head (E380) decorative frame - 5 - with a narrow screwdriver.

Lift decorative frame off from center console and Multimedia Control Head (E380) - Item 4 -.
Installing
Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

Push decorative frame down until locking tabs engage.
