Removal
-

Remove seat.

-

Mount the fixture for seat repair VAS 6136 on the engine and transmission holder VAS 6095.

-

Attach the front seat to the fixture for seat repair VAS 6136.

-

Remove backrest cover panel.

When Removing Lumbar Support Height Adjustment Motor:
-

Remove side airbag.

-

Disconnect connector - 10 -.

-

Drill out rivets - 8 - (2x) on outer side.

-

Disengage release - 3 - on hook - 6 - from retaining plate - 7 -.

-

Guide release - 3 - out of bracket - 5 -.

When Removing Lumbar Support Adjustment Motor:
-

Disconnect connector - 10 -.

-

Drill out rivets - 8 - (2x) on outer side.

-

Disengage release - 11 - on hook - 2 - out of four-way lumbar support - 4 -.

-

Disengage release - 11 - from bracket - 1 -.

-

Installing

Installation is reverse of removal.
