Install the power take-off drive chain. Refer to: Vehicles up to 04.2006 => [ Power Take-Off Drive Chain, through 04.06 ] See: Cylinder Block

Install lower timing chain cover. Refer to => [ Lower Timing Chain Cover ] See: Timing Cover/Service and Repair/Lower Timing Chain Cover.

Install the sealing flange, belt pulley side. Refer to => [ Sealing Flange with Crankshaft Seal, Belt Pulley Side ] See: Cylinder Block
Assembly/Front Engine Plate/Service and Repair.

Vehicles with multitronic transmission: Install flywheel. Refer to => [ Flywheel, Multitronic Transmission ]  and damper unit => [ Damper Unit ]

Vehicles with automatic transmission 09L. Refer to: Install drive plate => [ Drive Plate, Automatic Transmission 09L ] .

Fill engine oil and check oil level.

Tightening Specifications
