HVAC/Service and Repair/Refrigerant Lines, Disconnecting From Condenser and Connecting.

If you want to replace the condenser, remove the A/C Pressure/Temperature Sensor (G395) - B - => [ A/C Pressure/Temperature Sensor ] See:
Discharge Air Temperature Sensor / Switch/Service and Repair/A/C Pressure/Temperature Sensor.

Remove bolts - C -.

Remove the condenser - D -.
‹› A condenser of a slightly smaller size is installed in the Audi RS6; remove the screw here - arrows -.
Installing
‹› Condenser is available in different versions, depending on version of vehicle.
‹› In contrast to vehicles with other engines, vehicles with the 10-cyl. TFSI engine (Audi RS6) have a condenser with a smaller interior volume
installed. For this reason, the refrigerant fill volume is slightly less in a 10-cyl. TFSI engine than in other engines.
‹› Removed condenser contains refrigerant oil which must be restored to the refrigerant system.
Installation is carried out in the reverse order, when doing this note the following:
‹› Torque for bolts - arrows -: Condenser to radiator - 5 Nm

Install the condenser on the chiller
