Replacing Power Steering Pump Sealing Ring and O-Ring

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Pry lever (T20143/1)

‹› Assembly tool (T40052)

Removing

-

Remove power steering pump. Refer to => [ Power Steering Pump ] See: Service and Repair/Power Steering Pump.

-

Pry seal out with pry lever (T20143/1). 

-

Replace O-ring - 2 - in the power steering pump input shaft.

Installing

-

Coat O-ring - arrow - lightly with engine oil and insert it in the power steering pump input shaft.
