Level Control System Solenoid

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Torque Wrench (V.A.G 1783)

‹› Insert tool 10 (V.A.G 1783/1)

Removing

‹› The Level Control System Solenoid (N111) is installed on the air supply unit under the right front wheel housing liner.

Place vehicle on a hoist. Refer to => [ Positioning Vehicle on Hoist and Wheels ] See: Service and Repair/Procedures/Positioning Vehicle on
Hoist and Wheels.

Remove noise insulation..

-

Slowly loosen the air line - 1 - from the air supply unit and let the air pressure escape. After the air pressure has escaped, remove the air lines.

‹› The illustration shows the air supply unit removed.

Disconnect electrical connector on the Level Control System Solenoid and remove the threaded connections - 1 -.
