Floor Covering, Removing And Installing

Removing

-

Removing and installing front left/right seat.

-

Remove rear seat bench.

-

Remove sill panel trim.

-

Remove rear section of center console.

-

Remove front section of center console.

-

Remove glove box.

-

Remove brace on passenger side.

-

Remove bolts - 1 - (2x).
Tightening torque: 12 Nm (9 ft lb)

-

Remove bolts - 2 - (2x).
Tightening torque: 12 Nm (9 ft lb)

-

Remove brace.

-

Remove driver's storage compartment

-

Unbolt brace on driver's side.

-

Remove bolts - A -, - B - and - C -.

-

Detach wiring harness - D - from brace.

-

To remove floor covering, carefully pull brace away slightly on driver's side and wedge a block of wood or similar between brace and heating unit.

-

Remove lower left and right A-pillar trim.

-

Remove foot rest.
