Disconnect (2) electrical connectors at -6- and -7- of control module

^

Remove screw -8-

^

Push clip -9- in direction of arrow and remove seat memory control module and return to AoA

^

Install new seat memory control module (4B0 959 760 A version D05) and secure with screw -8- to 1.5 Nm (13 in. lb.)

^

Reinstall (2) electrical connectors into seat control module

^

Reconnect T6P (red) connector under right front corner of driver's seat

^

Reinstall left side seat trim

^

Proceed to Section C

Section C - Set seat memory basic settings in new Seat Control Module

^

Connect VAG 1551 to vehicle and press button -1- to select "Rapid data transfer"

^

Press buttons -3- and -6- for seat memory

^

Press -Q- button to confirm

^

Press --> button

^

Press buttons -0- and -8- to select "Read Measuring Value Block" function 08

^

Press -Q- button to confirm

^

Press buttons -0-, -0- and -2-

^

Press -Q- button to confirm

^

Move drivers seatback fully forward

^

Write down the numerical value shown in the display field 4
