Hold brake pedal securely.

-

Pry retaining tabs from ball head by tapping lightly on tool (arrow -A-

-

Keep tension on tool so that retaining tabs do not reengage at ball head

-

Pull brake pedal from ball head (arrow -B-

When installing, pay particular attention to the following points 
-

Brake light switch, adjusting, Refer to Lighting and Horns.

-

Vent valve for cruise control system, adjusting, Refer to Cruise Control.

Bleeding clutch hydraulics:
-

Connect US1116 but do not switch on yet.

-

Open bleeder valve on clutch slave cylinder.

-

Attach collector bottle hose.

-

Switch on bleeder unit and allow approximately 100 cc of brake fluid to flow out of clutch slave cylinder.

-

Close bleeder valve.

-
