Evaporator Core: Service and Repair
Refrigerant Lines on Evaporator, Disconnecting and Connecting

Discharge A/C refrigerant system. See: Service and Repair

Remove bolt -A-.
Tightening torque: 15 Nm (11 ft. lb)

Detach refrigerant lines from evaporator.

-

Replace O-ring -A- (16.7 mm x 1.8 mm) and O-ring -B- (10.8 mm x 1.8 mm).

Seal off all open connections (for evaporator, cap -C- from replacement evaporator can be used).

-

Install refrigerant lines free of stress.

NOTE:  Make sure that grommet -D- is properly seated.
