Condition

Creaking noise from area above glove box at base of windshield near right A-pillar. 

Note:
Usually occurs at ambient temperatures below 10° C (50° F).

Service

-

Road test to confirm condition.

CAUTION!

Cooler temperatures may cause plastic plenum chamber cover to become brittle. Take care when removing and installing cover so damage does not
occur.

Carefully remove black plastic plenum chamber cover -1-.

-

Loosen wiper arm nuts, but do not remove completely.

-

Loosen wiper arms by rocking gently at base, then remove nuts completely and remove wiper arms.
