Removing
-

Remove headrest.

-

Pry out grip channel - 4 - on one cover edge from insertion channel - 5 - on the other cover edge.

Remove cover - 3 -.

-

Pull cushion - 2 - from headrest support - 1 -.

Installing
-

Position cushion - 2 - in proper installation position on headrest support - 1 -.

-

Pull cover - 2 - over cushion - 3 -.

-

Turn cover edge together with grip channel - 4 - inward.

-

Push grip channel - 4 - into insertion channel - 5 -, so that it engages.
