Note:  The 3 clips -arrows- must engage visibly above the printed circuit board.

Place cover onto the guide of sliding cover and snap clips -arrows- in place.

Install handle for selector lever see Fig. 7.

Install center console and extension.

Removing 
-

Remove center console and extension.

-

Disconnect connector -1- for Shift Lock Solenoid Switch -2- (not visible in illustration).

-

Unclip and lift out cover-3-.

-

Remove connector -4- for transmission range position and Tiptronic in direction of arrow.

-

Disconnect wiring at connector -5-.

Installing: 
-

Install in reverse order of removal.
