Assembly of suspension strut 

-

Slide small clamp for CV boot onto shaft.

-

Slide new CV boot onto shaft.

-

Slide joint piece onto shaft.

-

Slide CV boot onto joint piece.

Mount triple roller connection. 

-

Chamfer (arrow) on connection faces toward shaft, it facilitates assembly.

-

Place triple roller connections on shaft according to markings and drive on until impact.

-

Insert securing ring, be sure to fit properly.

-

Press 70 grams of G 000 605 drive axle grease from repair set into triple roller joint.

-

Slide joint piece over rollers.

Note:  Be sure that CV boot does not get twisted during this.

-

Press 70 grams of G 000 605 drive axle grease from repair set into back of triple roller joint.

-

Clean groove for sealing ring.

-

Insert sealing ring into groove -1

-

For the sake of illustration, individual parts are shown removed.
