Remove assembly device.

Place the sealing flange with inserted Pull Sleeve (T40048/2) onto crankshaft.

 Without tipping, push the sealing flange onto engine sealing surface and fasten.

Further installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

Install vibration damper. Refer to => [ Vibration Damper ] See: Harmonic Balancer - Crankshaft Pulley/Service and Repair/Vibration Damper.

Install the coolant pump ribbed belt. Refer to => [ Coolant Pump Ribbed Belt Pulley ] See: Water Pump/Drive Pulley/Service and Repair.

Install ribbed belt. Refer to => [ Ribbed Belt ] See: Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Ribbed Belt.
