‹› Thickness of sealant bead: approximately 1.5 mm

‹› Sealant bead must not be thicker than specified, otherwise excess sealant may get into lower section of oil pan and clog strainer in intake tube.

‹› The oil pan (lower section) must be installed within 5 minutes after application of sealant.

Position the oil pan lower section and tighten all the bolts in a diagonal sequence to 5 Nm.

Fasten bolts for lower section of oil pan in a diagonal sequence.

Install the engine oil cooler. Refer to => [ Engine Oil Cooler ] See: Oil Cooler/Service and Repair.

Fill engine oil and check oil level.
