Conditioning/Description and Operation/A/C System, Operating after Filling Refrigerant Circuit
‹› Note the information regarding operating the A/C system after filling.
‹› When charging the A/C system, always use maximum amount of refrigerant R134a, as some of the refrigerant remains in the hose of the refrigerant
recovery, recycling and recharging unit
‹› Refrigerant circuit may only be filled with approved refrigerant oils. Zexel, Sanden and Denso compressors require different refrigerant oils.
‹› For the refrigerant oil (G 052 300 A2) that must be used with Denso compressors at this time.
‹› Use only the specified oil from a sealed container and always reseal oil container immediately after use (PAG oil absorbs moisture). Do not use oil
if it is contaminated with moisture or if oil container has been left open.
‹› In contrast to vehicles with other engines, vehicles with the 10-cyl. TFSI engine (Audi RS6) have a condenser with a smaller interior volume
installed. For this reason, the refrigerant fill volume is slightly less in a 10-cyl. TFSI engine than in other engines.
