13. Disconnect 4.0 mm2 wire (red/green) to Coolant FC Control Module J293. Disconnect Coolant FC Control Module 2 J671 from screw connection
on fuses S42 (V6 and V8) and S104 (V8 only).

14. Cut off terminals from 4.0 mm2 wire (red/green).

15. Connect adapter harness wire (Figure 12, 1) with 4.0 mm2 wire (red/green) to Coolant FC Control Module J293.

16. On V8 engines, connect adapter harness wire (Figure 12, 6) with 4.0 mm2 wire (red/green) to Coolant FC Control Module 2 J671.

Tip: Interchanging wires 1 and 6 does not affect function on V8 engines.
