Left/Right Headlamp Power Output Stage J667 / J668, Removing And Installing 

CAUTION:

-

HIGH VOLTAGE.

-

Always disconnect negative ( - ) battery terminal prior to working on parts of HID headlamp components marked with yellow "HIGH
VOLTAGE" warning symbols.

Removing

-

With ignition switched off, disconnect battery Ground (GND) wire.

-

Remove headlight.

-

Remove bolts - arrows -.

-

Remove headlamp power output stage - 1 - from headlamp housing.

Installing

Installation is performed in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

-

Check seal between power output stage and headlamp housing.

-

Install headlamp.

-

Connect battery. Required actions.

Tightening torque

Left/Right Headlamp Power Output Stage J667 / J668 to headlamp: 1 Nm
