Removing
‹› The air supply unit is installed under the right front wheel housing liner.

Place vehicle on a hoist. Refer to => [ Positioning Vehicle on Hoist and Wheels ] See: Service and Repair/Procedures/Positioning Vehicle on
Hoist and Wheels.

Perform system vent using (VAS 5051 A). Refer to => [ System, Venting or Filling ] See: Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and General
Diagnostics/System, Venting or Filling.

Remove wheel covers, remove cover cap on light-alloy wheels (removal hook in vehicle tool kit).

Remove wheel.

Remove noise insulation..

Remove front wheel housing liner. Refer to

Unclip and disconnect the connectors - 1 - and - 2 -.

Slowly loosen air line - 1 - from the air supply unit and let the air pressure escape. After the air pressure has escaped, remove the air lines.
