Place old oil collecting and extracting device (V.A.G 1782) beneath transmission.

Loosen union nuts - 2 - and disconnect ATF line.
‹› Ignore - 1 - and - 3 -.

Remove bolts - 1 - and - 2 - and remove ATF additional filter.
Installing
Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:
‹› Replace O-rings.

Manually insert ATF additional filter with new O-rings all the way into the cooler then tighten.
