Remove retaining clips - 1 through 3 - from the transmission.

Remove ATF breather pipe - A - from the opening in the transmission.
Installing
Install in reverse order, paying attention to the following:
‹› The ventilation piece - B - must be pushed in all the way.

Connect new ATF breather pipe - A - and ventilation piece - B - all the way.

Press retaining clips - 1 through 3 - all the way onto the ribs on the transmission housing cover.

Press ventilation pipe - A - by hand between the retaining clips making sure there is no tension on the retaining clips.
