Unclip mounting frame for selector lever boot - 1 - from center console and lift it upward and off - arrows -.

Place selector lever in position "D".

Through opening - arrow - in shift mechanism, loosen bolt on selector lever cable approximately one turn using Socket (T40031).
‹› Only loosen the clamping bolt - do not remove it.
‹› Clamping bolt is only accessible in selector lever position " D".
