‹› Windshield Washer Aiming Tool (T10127) equipped with Replacement Tip (3125/5A)
Adjusting
‹› The settings indicate the values for a moving vehicle, i.e. the spray from the jets is slightly offset when the vehicle is stationary.

Mark the six points on windshield using a water soluble marker:

Aim the individual jets at the points using the Setting Tool (T10127).

If the spray field does not correspond to the specifications, clean dirty spray jet.
Cleaning the nozzle:

Remove nozzle. Refer to=> [ Spray Nozzles, from February 2007 ] See: Service and Repair/Spray Nozzles, From February 2007.

Flush nozzle opposite to spray direction using clear water.

To remove remaining impurities, the nozzle must only be blown out opposite to spray direction using compressed air.

If the spray field still does not correspond to the specifications, replace the spray jet.
