Install protective cap -1- on piston

Piston -2

-

Insert sealing ring -3- in brake caliper

Fig. 5 Inserting inner sealing lip of protective cap using 3409 wedge

Note:  Insert piston into hole by hand.

Press brake piston past inner seal by hand
