Disengage parking brake cable -3- at brake caliper.

Press out spring clamp -2- and remove parking brake cable rearward.

Note:

For Front Wheel Drive (FWD) vehicles, spring clamp -2- must face brakes with open end.

Do not remove bolt -1-.

Loosen bracket -1- and remove parking brake cable rearward from guide -2-.

-

Loosen mount -4- and -5- until parking brake cable can be removed.

-

Remove parking brake cable rearward from guide -3-.

When installing, pay particular attention to the following points:
-

Driveshaft to rear final drive, 55 Nm.

Note:  Remove residual adhesive of micro encapsulation from inner threads at rear final drive.

Install and adjust exhaust system
