Heater core installed: Clean (with condensation water hose disconnected) condensation water drains from the outside, e.g. using wire.

Installation is reverse of removal, noting the following:

Secure all connections with clamps appropriate for the model type, or with the clamping brackets approved for this connection:

NOTE:

-

Clamps -A- and -B- can only be mounted with difficulty in installed position.

To be able to replace the heater core in customer service with the A/C housing installed, clamping brackets -A- and -C- must be used.

Check both coolant lines -B- and the connections at heater core -C- for damage or soiling.
