Stabilizer Bushing: Service and Repair

Removal 

-

Remove special ribbed nuts -1-, and coupling. 

-

Remove bolts -2-. 

Installation 

-

Tightening torques: 

Ribbed nuts -1-:

Upper, tighten to: 90 Nm (66 ft lb) 
Lower, tighten to: 70 Nm (52 ft lb) 

Bolts -2-, tighten to: 20 Nm (15 ft lb) 

NOTE:  Clean adhesive from threads of any nuts used with self-locking bolts.

Install bushing and stabilizer without grease.
