Press new ball bearing into bracket as follows:

Place bracket on pressure plates VW 401 and VW 402.

Press bearing in using thrust disc 0VW 412 and driving sleeve.

Press bracket (together with ball bearing) onto left drive flange as follows:
^
Place drive flange on pressure plate VW 401.
^
Press bracket on using thrust disc VW 412, tube VW 415 A and driving sleeve.
CAUTION!
The press tube 2040 shown in the illustration should not be used (it is too short). Use tube VW 415 A instead.
