Rear Window Shade Motor, Removing And Installing

Removing

-

Remove hatshelf.

-

Remove bolt - 1 - of drive disc - 2 - and pull out drive disc.

-

Separate tie wrap - 3 -.

-

Remove connector - 4 -.

-

Remove screws - 2 -.

-

Remove rear window shade motor - 1 -.

-

Check form of drive gear in drive disc.

-

An intact star shaped drive gear (arrow) permits installation of motor without further measures.

-

If hexagon-drive gear or star shaped drive gear drive disc are worn, replace drive disc for new star shaped gear from small parts set.
