Windshield Washer Spray Nozzle: Adjustments

Windshield Washer Nozzles, Adjusting

Special tools:

-

3125A windshield washer aiming tool

-

Using a water soluble pen, mark windshield at four points.

NOTE:

-

The adjustment points are measured from the outer rim of the windshield seal.

The adjustment dimensions are take into account the vehicle moving. With vehicle stationary, the nozzles spray are slightly off the mark.

Nozzle aiming dimensions:

150 mm (5.9 in.)

b

340 mm (13.4 in.)

c

-

120 mm (4.7 in.)

d

-

590 mm (23.2 in.)

-

With the special tool, aim for the markings from the respective washer nozzle.
