Check ABS wheel speed sensor rotor for dirt and damage through hole in wheel bearing housing (front axle shown).

Notes:

It is important to differentiate between drivetrain configurations; front-wheel drive systems use stub axles and all wheel drive systems use drive
axles.

If the rotor is damaged or dirty, remove the stub axle or drive axle. If the rotor is damaged, replace the component with the rotor.

Stub axles and outer CV joints are supplied with rotors as replacement parts.
