Notes regarding installation:

Tightening torques of bolts -A-: 10 Nm (7 ft lb)

Connect coolant hoses to the heater core correctly (bottom hose coolant supply, top hose coolant return).

The coolant pump -V50- of the pump valve unit must not be operated until the cooling system has been bled (dry running will damage the pump).
For this reason, do not connect the 2-pin connector to pump valve unit until after bleeding the cooling system.

Connect coolant hoses to the engine correctly (pay attention to markings made).

Bleed cooling system.

Check that grommet between engine compartment and plenum is correctly located after installing.
