Evaporator Drain Tube: Service and Repair

Condensation drain hose with valve (driver/passenger side), checking, removing and installing

NOTE:  If complaints are received regarding moisture in passenger compartment, check the drain hose -A-, the relevant valve -B- and the area below the
air conditioner housing -C- for soiling. Remove electronics box-plenum if necessary; illustration shows drain hose on removed components.

Removing and installing

Remove side trim of center console on driver and passenger side, respectively.

Remove condensation drain hose from air conditioner housing and pull out of the center tunnel.

NOTE:

-

Push condensation drain valve -A- through the floor panel of the center tunnel.

Lock rib -B- fully in the panel of the center tunnel.
