Remove airbag unit from below and with impact cushion place on top.

Install in reverse order, noting the following:
-

Switch ignition on.

-

Connect battery.

CAUTION:  When connecting battery make sure no one is inside the vehicle.

Connector orange

Installation location: left top in the glove box installation opening of instrument cluster

Connector, red
-

Cannot be separated from airbag unit - 1 - separated

-

If connector was loosened, airbag unit is faulty and must be replaced

Bracket frame
-

Replace after airbag has been deployed

Removing
-

Remove airbag unit - 1 -.

-

Remove 3 screws - 12 - and 2 screws - 13 -.

-

Remove trim for instrument cluster.
