The V.A.G 1472 started/charger can be used to provide additional jump-starting assistance.

The VAS 1992 battery starter provides main power-independent starting assistance for vehicles having discharged or weak vehicle batteries.
Depending on the outside temperature and the battery capacity, it can perform 15-30 starting operations.
