Rear Knuckle Alignment Link: Service and Repair

Removal

Remove wheel.

-

Remove nut -1- and washer.

-

Remove nut -2-, eccentric washer and eccentric bolt.

NOTE:  Do not turn eccentric bolt more than 90° to left or right of central position, i.e. from minimum to maximum adjustment positions.

Installation

Installation is done in reverse order of removal. The following points must particularly be noted:

Tapered stud must be free of grease.
Tighten nuts -1- and -2- only when vehicle is standing on its wheels.

Tighten to, 95 Nm (70 ft lb)
