Antitheft Motion Sensor: Service and Repair

Anti-Theft Alarm System with Ultrasonic Interior Monitoring

 Radar Interior Monitoring Control Modules

Radar interior monitoring control module 1 (G303) and/or radar interior monitoring control module 2 (G305) are integrated into front interior lamp
and cannot be replaced separately if faulty.

 Inclination/Anti-Theft Control Module

  ‹› Component location: Under the right rear seat.

Removing

-

If the control module was replaced, select the "Replace" function for the respective control module in "Guided Fault Finding" or "Guided
Functions" with the vehicle diagnosis, testing and information system (VAS 5051B).

Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

-

Remove rear seat bench or right individual seat.

-

Remove nuts - arrows - and remove inclination/anti-theft control module (J529) - item 1 -.

-

Disconnect electrical connector - 2 -.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

Install rear seat bench or right individual seat.
