Vehicle Information
Condition
When trying to select another stored station in the Radio Memory station list, the cursor jumps to the top of the displayed list and the desired station
cannot be selected. In other cases, the cursor will not scroll to the next or previous page.
Technical Background
Software issue in the MMI system.
Production Solution
Improved software.
Service
An MMI System software update has to be performed. Refer to Technical Service Bulletin 2019334 for directions to perform the update.
