Hood Striker: Service and Repair
Lock Bracket On Hood

Height adjustment is performed via the lock bracket.
-
Screw lock bracket completely into hood.
-
Unscrew bracket 3 rotations.

Place anti- twist mechanism on and secure it over lock bracket with a Torx bolt.

Check flush alignment and gap dimensions
-
During the closing test, hood must fall from balance position into hood lock and engage completely.
-
If necessary, correct adjustment and perform test a new.
