Remove top backrest cover. See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Power Memory Front Seats/Upper Backrest Cover

Remove bottom backrest cover. See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Power Memory Front Seats/Lower Backrest Cover

Remove headrest guides => [ Headrest Guides, Comfort Seat ] See: Service and Repair/Overhaul/Seats - Upholstery, Covers/Front Seat Cushion
and Upholstery, Power Memory Seats.

Remove cover and padding from backrest => [ Front Seat Cushion and Upholstery, Power Memory Seats ] See: Service and
Repair/Overhaul/Seats - Upholstery, Covers/Front Seat Cushion and Upholstery, Power Memory Seats.

Remove connector - 3 -.

-

Disengage cable harness from holding plate with headrest adjustment motor - 2 -.

-

Drill out rivets - 4 - (Qty. 2).

-

Slide out retaining plate with headrest adjustment motor - 2 - upward from brackets - 1 - (Qty. 2).

-

Replace holding plate with headrest adjustment motor - 2 -.

Install holding plate with headrest adjustment motor - 2 - in reverse order of removal.
