Individual Power Rear Seat Cushion and Upholstery

Backrest Heating Element

‹› Backrest heating element is riveted to cover. If heating element is malfunctioning, cover must be replaced.

-

Remove seat pan => [ Seat Pan ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Individual Power Rear Seats.

Remove individual rear seat => [ Individual Rear Seat ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Individual Power Rear Seats.

Mount the fixture for seat repair (VAS 6136) on the engine and transmission holder (VAS 6095).

Secure individual rear seat on seat repair stand (VAS 6136).

Separate cover and upholstery from individual rear seat => [ Backrest Cushion and Upholstery, Separating from Individual Rear Seat ]. See:

Replace cover with backrest heating element.
