Radiator: Procedures

Converting to a Radiator with Bypass

Procedure

‹› Radiator is removed.

On the installed fan shroud, draw a hole according to dimensions - a and b - as shown in the illustration.

‹› Dimension - a - = 136 mm.

‹› Dimension - b - = 23 mm

Drill a 32 mm diameter hole.

‹› The hole must be pre-drilled and then drilled to 32 mm diameter using the stepped quick helix drill.

Disconnect upper right coolant hose from the coolant pipe - arrow -.

-

Disconnect the coolant hose - 1 - from the ventilation lines.
