1. Install new radiator (part number 4E0 121 251 G).
2. Bore a 32 mm hole in cooling fan shroud to accommodate coolant bypass hose (Figure 1, Point 1).
3. Install bypass hoses (Figure 1, Points 2 through 4). Place spring clips on hose junction (between points 3 and 4 in Figure 1).
