8. (VAG 1402/2)

Remove the (3094) from the suction hose.

Make sure that lever on the (VAG 1402) is in the open position - 2 -.

Start the engine without pressing on the accelerator pedal.

Turn the steering wheel from lock to lock about 10 times.

Switch off the engine and, if needed, top off the hydraulic fluid in the reservoir.

Check the delivery pressure.

Start the engine and when it is running at idle, close the lever - 1 - on the (VAG 1402) and read the pressure.
