Remove the mounting device from the steering column.

-

Install the new seals - 5 - on the banjo bolt.

-

Tighten the banjo bolt - 2 - to 47 Nm.

Position the suction hose - 3 - with a new clamp - 4 - and tighten. Note the installed position.

Marking "P" on the suction hose - 3 - must align with the formed seam on the pump.

-

Clean the oiled places in the engine compartment.

-

Connect the Servotronic solenoid valve (N119) electrical connector - 1 -.

‹› The Servotronic connector is located above the air suspension solenoid valve block - 2 - on the A-pillar.

-

Install the front wheel housing liners.

-

Mount the wheels and tighten.

-

Place the vehicle on its wheels. Refer to => [ Positioning Vehicle on the Hoist and on its Wheels ] See: Suspension/Service and

Check the power steering fluid level. Refer to => [ Power Steering Fluid Level Checking ] See: Service and Repair/Procedures/Power Steering

Bleed the steering system. Refer to => [ Steering System, Bleeding after Reconstructing ] See: Power Steering/Power Steering Bleeding/Service
and Repair.
